Sherryl continues to enjoy working at day care on a regular basis, which includes sharing the daily fun with Nadine and Susan. The focused activity this week involves helping the children make special gifts for Mother's Day. This year's personalized creation promises to be just as charming as gifts from Mother's Day Past.
Sherryl had a physical therapy appointment today and was thrilled to learn that, along with gradually increasing strength, good muscle tone is returning. What great news!
A busy and fun weekend lies ahead. This Saturday Annie will receive the sacrament of Confirmation, and a traditional Mother's Day brunch will take place at Arleen's house on Sunday.
This weekend also marks Richard's birthday. We are so very grateful for all Richard has done to support Sherryl, both emotionally and physically, over the past 16 months. He has driven her to and from appointments, visited her daily each time she was hospitalized, and runs errands for her whenever she doesn't feel well enough to head out on her own. Thank you so much and Happy Birthday, Richard!
